We are known for our fast application process  - and if it's really urgent, it takes just 5 working days from your application to the offer. Can you keep up? :) You complete the interview process in 3 steps:

  1. First exchange with you and HR (approx. 30-40 minutes): In a short exchange we would like to learn more about you, your goals and motivation.
  2. First personal meeting with you, one GL member, one consultant and HR (approx. 120 minutes): We are curious and want to get an overview of your personality, attitude and technological know-how. Punch us with questions too!
  3. The last personal interview with you, two other company management members and HR (approx. 90 minutes): Almost done! The last step is to get answers to your open questions and to give us all the information we need to make a joint decision.
